Quality Assured
We provide you with Registered Nurses who are fully trained to use our medically validated equipment and state of the art software. Our nurses are experts in their field and are continually kept abreast of the latest research. Consultations are totally confidential and the equipment used has been chosen for its clinical accuracy and ability to deliver immediate results.

Written consent is gained from each individual prior to any tests being carried out. Time is spent explaining clearly what each test and its results mean. To conclude each consultation the individual is given a printed personal report, which also states what their risks for ill health are. Suggestions for behaviour change are given in order to reduce those risks and to improve the individual’s immediate and long-term health and wellbeing. All results are assessed against National Clinical Guidelines, if found to be outside of these guidelines referral to GP is made in writing.

15 minutes duration height & weight, body mass index calculation, waist hip ratio, and body fat %.

Fitness Test 20 minutes
Blood pressure, height and weight, YMCA Step Test

Full Health Assessment
60 minutes blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, glucose, YMCA step test, height & weight, body mass index calculation, waist hip ratio, and body fat %
