The smoking cessation interactive display gives you the opportunity to drop in at your convenience either on you own or with colleagues and discus smoking issues that are important to you. The HEALTHYBENEFITS member of staff is a specialist who will offer advice, guidance and motivation.
At the display you can:
● See how much carbon monoxide is in your body
● Check out you lung function
● Discuss the range of smoking cessation products available
● Pick up relevant information and resources
Quit2Win Workshop
A workshop is a great way to pick up information and Motivation about stopping smoking.
The style is informal with lots of opportunity for discussion. Come
along to this 30 minute workshop and discover how to stop smoking and stay stopped.
We cover:

● How do I deal with withdrawal?
● How to plan a successful quit smoking attempt

A 15 minute appointment gives an opportunity to discuss in private any physical activity related issues.
