Healthy Eating Awareness Day
Getting and keeping to a healthy weight reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes, some cancers and arthritis.  Your shape as well as your weight could be affecting your health.  The more apple shaped you are, rather than pear shaped, the more at risk of heart disease you are.
You may have many reasons for trying to lose weight or to improve your eating habits.  You may want to get fitter, get in shape, look better, feel better or just be able to get into clothes that no longer fit.
Whatever your reason for eating healthily, a great way to find out how to succeed is to visit one of our fully qualified Nutritional experts.  There are three ways at the awareness days that you can get involved

Activities at the display include: body mass index, waist measurement, % body fat, nutritional display and information sheets

Workshop
Come along to this 30 minute workshop and discover the key principles of healthy eating.

One to ones
