Health Strategy Management
Health Promotion Strategy Service
Imagine employees that take care of themselves by eating, exercising, sleeping and attending to their emotional and spiritual needs in a reasonable fashion and perform better. They think more clearly and creatively, get sick less often, and operate closer to the full working capacity. ACSM’s Worksite Health Promotion Manual 2003.
Outline for the Health Promotion Strategy Service
The structure of the process is a follows:
- Staff health baseline and needs assessment
- Programme development
- Programme implementation
- Programme evaluation
Staff health baseline and needs assessment
A baseline staff survey and needs assessment is carried out. This is done by using an online health assessment which is completed by personnel on the site; there can also be focus groups etc. to complement this hard data.
Programme Development
New Leaf Health Ltd analyse the data and produce a company health promotion report which includes areas of need and a suggested programme for health interventions. The programme is then negotiated with the client.
Programme implementation
New Leaf Health will manage the implementation of the appropriate programme, ranging from individual events to a full annual programme.
Programme evaluation
A comprehensive evaluation process is completed to show signs of behaviour and organisational change |
